This is an action, under ch. 227, Stats., to review the findings and order of the Wisconsin Real Estate Brokers' Board. The
board revoked the plaintiff's real-estate broker's license; the circuit court affirmed the order of the board; and plaintiff
appeals. Family Service of Milwaukee, a Red Feather charitable agency, wanted to consolidate and relocate its facilities in the west
downtown area of Milwaukee. Charles S. Hilboldt was recommended as a real-estate broker with considerable knowledge of land
values and the availability of property in this area.
