Action in the district court for Pope county to recover for injuries sustained by plaintiff arising out of a collision between a car owned by the defendant Clara Aasen, in which plaintiff was riding, driven by G. T. Aasen, and one owned by the defendant Arthur Hanson and driven by the defendant Bertha Moan. The case was tried before E. R. Selnes, Judge, and a jury. After a verdict for plaintiff against all the defendants in the amount of $5,378, later reduced to $4,931 with the consent of plaintiff, defendant Clara Aasen (No. 34,793) and defendants Arthur Hanson and Bertha Moan (No. 34,794) separately appealed from the judgment entered after denial of their separate motions for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or a new trial.
